2. Chipping policy  

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are shipped from New York and typically arrive within 3–7 business days within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

3.Refund / return policy 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
